Where to look on your bill
SUI GAS
Natural Gas Bill
Consumer No. — your unique 11-digit SNGPL number (SSGC customer numbers are 10 digits). It is printed at the very top of the bill. This is the number you enter to open your bill online.
Billing Month — the month this bill is for.
Due Date — pay on or before this date to avoid a late surcharge.
Units — the gas you used this month (in MMBTU/units).
Payable Amount — the total to pay within the due date.
Tip: enter the Consumer No. exactly as printed, digits only — 11 digits for SNGPL, 10 for SSGC.

Your bill prints the Consumer No. / Customer ID at the top, near your name and address.

SNGPL consumer numbers are 11 digits; SSGC customer numbers are 10. Read them left to right, digits only.
