Field Operations Lead
Partner with LPG distributors to get them live on Cylin and running safer, faster deliveries.

You'll be the bridge between Cylin and the distributors who use it — onboarding new vendors, training their teams, and turning real field feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Onboard distributors: import customers, set up drivers, train the team.
- Run alongside operators on their toughest dispatch days.
- Champion safety practices and surface what the product should do next.
What we're looking for
- Deep familiarity with logistics or distribution operations in Pakistan.
- Calm under pressure and great with people on the ground.
- A genuine care for doing delivery safely.
